QA OPERATOR

Overview

Function & Primary Responsibilities

The primary function of the QA Operator is to perform in-process quality assurance activities for glove production. Key responsibilities include :

• Carrying out glove sampling, inspection, and testing as per documented procedures.
• Recording inspection results legibly and completely in specified forms.
• Reporting any poor quality or defective gloves to the QA Supervisor or Leaders.
• Performing inspections for second-grade gloves, water test gloves, and scrap gloves for the QA, Production, and Packing departments.
• Operating the tumbling machine for water test gloves from the production line when required.
• Carrying out cleaning for the work area, auto sampling machine, and watertight test machine.
• Following Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) standards and procedures, which include 5S, workstation housekeeping, and cleanliness.
• Performing any other relevant duties as assigned by a superior from time to time.

Skills

Education

The minimum education requirement is a Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM), O Level, SKM Level 1, 2, or 3 certificate, or an equivalent qualification.

Experience

Experience in glove manufacturing is beneficial. However, fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
