Rollout Specialist (Infrastructure Development / Property Management)

Overview Are you passionate about driving the future of green mobility? We are looking for a Specialist, Rollout (EV) to join an expanding Engineering & Implementation team in Kuala Lumpur. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a pivotal role in the nationwide rollout of EV charging stations, working at the intersection of property, infrastructure, and sustainability.

Responsibilities

Secure and finalize site agreements with property owners across government, corporate, and private sectors for EV charging station expansion.

Lead rental negotiations, resolve landlord concerns, and oversee site access requests.

Draft, review, and track essential documentation such as tenancy agreements, letters of offer, permits, and approvals.

Act as the liaison with building management and landlords, ensuring smooth approvals and issue resolution until rollout completion.

Maintain accurate records on landlords, tenancies, and rental details in centralized databases and project management systems.

Oversee project timelines, reporting, and stakeholder communications, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.

Provide insights on prevailing market rental rates and ensure compliance with organizational standards.

Support end-to-end project management, from planning to weekly progress reporting, using cloud-based and reporting tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

At least 10 years of experience in infrastructure development and / or property management.

Strong negotiation, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Excellent communication abilities with a customer-focused approach.

Comfortable working cross-functionally with clients, partners, and internal teams.
