Prepare and process purchase orders and related documents in accordance with company policies.
Monitor and follow up on order deliveries to ensure timely arrival of goods.
Maintain accurate records of purchase activities, supplier information, and pricing data.
Coordinate with internal departments (such as Production, Engineering, and Warehouse) to understand material requirements.
Review supplier performance and assist in developing long-term vendor relationships.
Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and relevant regulations.
Support cost reduction initiatives and maintain stock levels within budget limits.
Handle discrepancies in quantity or quality of goods received.
Assist in periodic audits and reporting related to procurement activities.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Minimum 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement (manufacturing experience preferred).
Good negotiation and communication skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic ERP or inventory management systems.
Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in Mandarin (spoken and written) is required , as this role involves frequent communication with our China Head Office and suppliers .
