who need extra support in their learning journey.
Not to "fix" them — but to
see

understand

with care and respect.
Your Role :
- Provide one-on-one and small group support for students with diverse learning needs (Lower & Middle School)
- Work closely with class teachers and families to plan and carry out individualised strategies
- Adapt support methods in line with Waldorf principles (training will be provided)
- Help students build confidence and connection — not just catch up academically
- Track and report student progress clearly and consistently
- Liaise with parents, counsellors, and outside professionals as needed
- Organise referrals and follow-up support where necessary
- Contribute to a school culture that is inclusive, calm, and respectful

Is patient, observant, and calm under pressureUnderstands (or is willing to learn about) neurodiversity and learning differencesValues holistic, child-centred approaches to learningCommunicates clearly with children and adults alikeHas experience in learning support, education, therapy, or related fieldsHas a degree in psychology, special education, or a relevant area (preferred)Based in
