Penerangan pekerjaanBasic Salary : RM4,500–RM6,000 Benefits : EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Allowance Working Hours : Monday–Friday, 8 : 30am–5 : 30pm Work Days : 5-day week (Alternate Saturdays only in Nov & Dec) This role offers growth opportunities within a dynamic team and exposure to premium international haircare brands. Conduct product and technical training on professional haircare treatments. Train salon staff on consultation, customer service, and upselling techniques. Develop and update training materials to reflect current trends and new launches. Monitor trainee performance and provide coaching. Support Sales and Marketing in identifying training needs. Represent the brand in salons and industry events.
Requirements :
- Diploma / Degree in Hairdressing or related field; certifications like SKM or City & Guilds are a plus.
- We welcome applications from Trainers in general, provided they have personal experience or exposure with hair care products and genuine knowledge of what works and what doesn’t.
- 3–5 years’ salon experience, with prior training or mentoring preferred.
- Strong presentation, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Mandarin and English; Cantonese is an advantage.
- Willing to travel for training sessions.
