Job Description :

We are seeking a Procurement Manager who will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s purchasing activities, ensuring cost-effective sourcing of goods and services, maintaining supplier relationships, and supporting operational efficiency while adhering to quality and compliance standards.

Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Sourcing & Procurement

Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals.

Identify, evaluate, and select suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and quality.

Negotiate contracts, terms, and conditions with suppliers.

Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing suppliers.

Monitor supplier performance and resolve any supply issues.

Conduct supplier audits and assessments as needed.

Cost & Budget Management

Monitor procurement budgets and ensure cost control.

Identify opportunities for cost reduction and process improvement.

Prepare reports on procurement spend and savings.

Compliance & Risk Management

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Manage procurement risks, including supply disruptions and contract disputes.

Lead and mentor the procurement team.

Set performance objectives and conduct evaluations.

Reporting & Analysis

Provide regular procurement reports to senior management.

Analyze market trends, supplier performance, and procurement metrics.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.

Minimum 5–7 years of procurement experience, preferably in a managerial role.

Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.

Knowledge of OA & SAP systems.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.

Mandarin proficiency is an advantage, aiding communication with China-based colleagues.
