Overview

Our Client is a leading provider of tiles, natural stone surfaces, porcelain slabs, mosaics, and sanitary ware in Malaysia, established in 1990. Currently, looking for a motivated Indoor Sales Advisor to join their dynamic team. If you are passionate about sales and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities

  • Help walk-in customers by recommending suitable products.
  • Promote and confidently sell store items.
  • Handle customer questions and complaints in a professional manner.
  • Meet assigned sales targets.
  • Stay updated on product info and highlight top sellers.
  • Submit weekly reports to the Supervisor.

Requirements

  • Open to working on weekends and public holidays.
  • Excellent communication and sales abilities.
  • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Must be able to work 6-day work week (including weekends / Public Holidays). Rest day falls on Weekday.

  • Klang - Kapar
  • Klang - Jalan Batu Tiga Lama

    • Working Hours

  • Shift 1 : 8 : 30 AM – 5 : 00 PM (all branches)
  • Shift 2 : 10 : 00 AM – 6 : 30 PM (selected branches only)

    • Salary & Benefits

  • Basic Salary : RM2,200 – RM2,500
  • Monthly Commission : RM1,500 – RM3,000 (average)
