Manager, IT Infrastructure (Cloud Services) is responsible for overseeing and managing the organization's cloud infrastructure and operations. This role ensures the reliability, security, and scalability of cloud environments, aligning cloud strategies with business goals to support operational excellence. The Manager will lead a team of IT professionals, implement cloud policies, and manage relationships with cloud service providers to optimize performance and cost-efficiency.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and manage Cloud & Data Center (DC) operational strategies.
Assist in developing and managing the Annual Cloud & DC Operational Plan by defining the IT tactical plan that aligns with the organization's long‑term strategic direction.
Implement and manage innovative management practices to improve Cloud & DC Services Business Unit effectiveness and enhance performance.
Formulate and implement Cloud & DC Service Delivery best practices by deploying and maintaining the ITIL framework.
Oversee and manage cloud infrastructure and services to ensure reliability, security, and scalability.
Develop and enforce cloud policies to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Manage relationships with cloud service providers and negotiate service level agreements.
Plan and execute disaster recovery procedures to minimize downtime and data loss.
Provide technical guidance and support to other IT teams as needed.
