1. As a project engineer to define plan, schedule and work with US team to establish and transfer the system to Kulim lab, validate, resolve gap arise. The system is as following
- a) material (direct and indirect) inventory system : cabinet / shelfing system, Inventory monitoring, ordering triggering
- b) shopfloor system (SAP ME) : shop order creation, label printing, route creation, build data logging, paste control, transaction logging till packing
- c) manufacturing control : Material issuance and return process, Moisture part control and labelling, critical part control (paste) – useful life, stock
- d) Collateral / Jig and fixture ordering and its inventory system : cabinet / shelfing system, Inventory monitoring, new and repeat purchase
- e) SMT machine recipe creation : learn process from US team and establish process in Kulim lab.
- f) PM system :
2. Collaborate with US team to develop training material of 1 a), b), c), d), e), and f) and train and certify the employees of the new system deploying in Kulim lab
3. Make improvement of US transfer system and process if necessary, per request from Kulim lab Management Team.
Qualification
Possess a minimum Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience or Master's degree with 3+ years of experience in Industrial Engineering or a related engineering field.Minimum 5yrs years of experience in the SMT / PCBA manufacturing industry with a deep understanding manufacturing system at such material (direct and indirect) inventory system, shopfloor system (SAP ME), build planning, manufacturing control (MSD, paste control, ESD), Collateral / Jig and fixture ordering and inventory system, SMT machine recipe creation.Good communication skill and project management skill as to collaborate with US team for knowledge and process transfer to Kulim.#J-18808-Ljbffr
