Data Analyst - Onboarding & Distribution

About The Role
We’re looking for a detail-oriented and driven Data Analyst – Onboarding & Distribution to join our dynamic team at TecAlliance. In this role, you will support our customers by transforming and integrating their data into TecDoc standards, ensuring smooth onboarding, high-quality data processing, and optimal distribution workflows.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in the fast-growing automotive data industry, alongside a supportive and experienced team, while developing your expertise in data analytics and technical solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and manage customer-specific data processing in line with TecDoc data standards.
- Analyze customer requirements and deliver tailored data solutions in collaboration with the Sales Team.
- Implement customer data into the TecDoc Data Standard (DIFM Service) using ETL tools, SQL, Python, and TecDoc Maintenance Tools.
- Create customer-specific analyses, product reports, and visual data presentations.
- Continuously optimize processes to enhance data quality and production efficiency.
- Provide 3rd-level technical support for customer-specific data requirements.
- Evaluate and implement requirements, ensuring proper documentation and reporting of all processes.
