As a Senior Experience Designer, your key responsibilities will encompass the full spectrum of user experience design, including :

• Take ownership of the complete user journey by designing user‑friendly, visually compelling UI elements and interaction flows that align with customer needs and business goals.
• Create detailed full‑screen mockups, interactive prototypes, wireframes, and user journeys that effectively communicate design intent to stakeholders across various teams.
• Proactively test and iterate on design solutions using user feedback and usability testing to continuously improve the digital customer experience.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with technology, product management, and customer experience teams to ensure cohesive and aligned project delivery.
• Gather, analyze, and synthesize user and business requirements to inform and drive design decisions that enhance functionality and customer satisfaction.
• Advocate the principles of user‑centered design throughout the organization, contributing to a culture that prioritizes customer needs and optimizes digital experiences.
• Conduct competitive analysis and research industry best practices worldwide, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement in UI design.
• Stay thoroughly updated on emerging UI design trends, responsive interfaces, and technology advancements, applying insights to elevate Standard Chartered's design standards.
