Job Responsibilities
- Handle daily accounting tasks including accounts payable, accounts receivable, cash receipts, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and supporting schedules.
- Perform data entry, filing, and ensure proper maintenance of accounting records.
- Reconcile bank statements and verify the accuracy of financial transactions.
- Prepare and process staff claims in a timely manner.
- Liaise with auditors, banks, and other external parties when required.
- Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least LCCI or Diploma in Finance / Accountancy / Banking, or equivalent qualification.Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in accounting or related field.Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.Proficient in MS Excel and MS Word; knowledge of SQL accounting system will be an added advantage.Able to work independently with minimal supervision.Positive working attitude, strong team player, and willingness to learn.Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred as the role requires interaction with Mandarin-speaking clients.Job Benefits
