Operational Manager

The Role

As the Operational Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the success of our operational processes. You will :

Implement key processes & procedures – Develop and refine workflows to improve efficiency and maintain excellence.

Drive KPIs & performance – Work closely with the directors to set and achieve business goals.

Create a positive culture – Foster a supportive and high-performing team environment.

Oversee multi-location operations – As we expand, you'll have the opportunity to manage operations across multiple clinics.

Who We're Looking For

Strong leadership experience in customer service and / or operations, ideally in healthcare, hospitality, or retail.

Passion for delivering an exceptional patient experience.

Ability to build, motivate, and develop teams in a fast-growing environment.

Strong process improvement and problem-solving skills.

Experience in healthcare is a plus.

Ability to converse in English, Malay and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
