Job Responsibilities :

  • Preparing shipping documents and handling transportation invoices for Singapore outlets.

为新加坡门店准备运输单据和处理运输发票。

  • Gathering and consolidating data from managers and outlets; entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in databases.
  • 收集并整理来自经理和门店的数据;在数据库中录入、更新和维护准确信息。

  • Assisting in daily operation planning and coordination.
  • 协助日常运营的计划与协调。

  • Handling and organizing paperwork and other administrative tasks related to outlet operations.
  • 处理并整理与门店运营相关的文书工作及其他行政任务。

  • Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with current operational practices and efficiency improvements.
  • 更新和维护标准操作程序(SOP),以确保其符合当前运营实践并提升效率。

  • Providing administrative support to team members
  • 提供行政支持。

    Job Requirements :

  • Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related fields
  • 候选人必须持有商业研究、行政管理、商务、市场营销或相关专业的大专文凭、高级大专文凭或研究生文凭。

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a related role / position will be an added advantage.
  • 具备至少一年相关岗位工作经验者优先考虑。

  • Detail-oriented with well-planning and analyzing skills.
  • 注重细节,具备良好的规划和分析能力。

  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 优秀的沟通与协作能力。
