Job Responsibilities :
- Preparing shipping documents and handling transportation invoices for Singapore outlets.

Gathering and consolidating data from managers and outlets; entering, updating, and maintaining accurate information in databases.收集并整理来自经理和门店的数据;在数据库中录入、更新和维护准确信息。
Assisting in daily operation planning and coordination.协助日常运营的计划与协调。
Handling and organizing paperwork and other administrative tasks related to outlet operations.处理并整理与门店运营相关的文书工作及其他行政任务。
Updating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure alignment with current operational practices and efficiency improvements.更新和维护标准操作程序(SOP),以确保其符合当前运营实践并提升效率。

Job Requirements :
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma in Business Studies, Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or any related fields候选人必须持有商业研究、行政管理、商务、市场营销或相关专业的大专文凭、高级大专文凭或研究生文凭。
At least 1 year of working experience in a related role / position will be an added advantage.具备至少一年相关岗位工作经验者优先考虑。
