Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, PVsyst, HelioScope, or equivalent. Strong understanding of solar PV technology, components, and system integration. Familiarity with relevant local regulations and codes. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Description

- Collaborating with project managers and clients to understand project requirements and objectives.
- Conducting site surveys and feasibility studies to assess solar PV system viability.
- Preparing detailed solar PV system designs, including layouts, electrical schematics, and component specifications.
- Performing shading analysis, energy production estimates, and financial modelling for proposed projects.
- Ensuring compliance with local regulations and industry standards.
- Supporting the procurement team in selecting and sourcing the necessary solar PV components.
- Participating in project commissioning, testing, and troubleshooting activities.
- Providing technical support and guidance to installation and maintenance teams.
- Keeping up to date with the latest developments in solar PV technology and best practices.
