Overview
Talent Acquisition Partner at Johnson Controls sits within the TA COE team. The Talent Acquisition Center of Expertise is responsible for all exempt level hires in the region, across all business units and corporate. The team acts as advisors about internal and external talent markets to the business and HR teams. We focus on relationships and data to influence hires with quality, diversity, speed, and cost, and aim to make a meaningful impact on Johnson Controls' culture.
Responsibilities
- Partner with internal clients to provide full cycle recruitment, staffing, and sourcing for open roles.
- Manage the entire life cycle of the recruiting process with limited guidance from management.
- Lead full life cycle recruitment including intake / launch / scoping meetings, sourcing strategy, interviewing and presenting candidates, negotiations, and closing candidates.
- Build and execute sourcing and recruiting plans that attract a diverse candidate pool.
- Understand and execute the talent acquisition process and meet service-level agreement expectations.
- Educate yourself on functional business responsibilities, identify and engage key relationships.
- Use insights from relationships to anticipate future needs and add value for the business.
- Set expectations and maintain good communication with hiring managers.
- Deliver results with a proactive, goal-driven approach; set personal performance and development goals and adjust strategies to achieve them within expected delivery ranges.
- Communicate skillfully with different audiences; adapt messaging for written and verbal communication.
- Analyze data from multiple sources to identify links between data sets and draw value-driving conclusions for the business.
