Job Responsibilities

• Lead and manage New Product Introduction (NPI) projects from customer handover to mass production readiness.
• Coordinate and drive cross-functional teams to achieve project timelines, cost targets, and quality objectives.
• Review and approve mechanical / electronics drawings for manufacturability, ensuring design compliance with production capabilities.
• Provide design feedback and recommendations to customers or internal engineering teams for improvements.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, manage risks, and track progress to ensure on-time delivery.
• Act as the main liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring smooth communication and project alignment.
• Prepare regular project status updates and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project management and NPI processes.

Job Requirements

Strong knowledge of reviewing and interpreting mechanical / electronic drawings.

Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Proficient in project scheduling tools and Microsoft Office applications.

Willing to be based in Senai, Johor .

Salary Range : RM7k - RM9k
