About the Company

Hatakaya Engineering Sdn. Bhd. is an associate member of Alam Bagus Sdn. Bhd., a company specialised in Sewerage Treatment Plant (STP), based in Malaysia.

Requirements

At least a SPM / STPM, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Degree in Engineering (Civil), Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical) or equivalent

At least 1 year(s) of working experience in construction

Knowledge and experience in Mechanical & Electrical Engineering

Strong networking skills with authorities, consultants and contractors.

Able to travelling within Central Regions

About the Role

To coordinate activities of sub contractors at site and ensure all works are carried out in accordance to the contract requirements, drawings, specification and project's time schedule.

to conduct site survey and measurement work

To ensure that sub contractor's work is built to quality standards with minimum defects

Monitor project schedules and assist project manager for project progress.

To coordinate the activities of the C&S & M&E sub-contractors

Prevent and resolve site issues, problems and to report the same

To monitor defect complaints and ensure the rectification works to be carried out and completed within timeframe and of quality standard set by the company

Undertake any tasks assigned by management
