Overview

Location : Bayan Lepas, Penang

Contract : 18 Months and extendable contract

Salary : RM2300 per month (Maximum)

Working hours : 8AM to 5PM

Project Overview :

  • Product Offer Management is key to deploying and managing product data for Dell products’ initial release and any engineering changes that follow. The team also manages products and peripheral components through product release and associated change activities. They help guide project management in the definition, design, building and shipping of systems configuration requirements.

What to look for : Entry level candidates based in Penang, with mandatory Bachelor’s Degree (any specialization) – 2023, 2024, or 2025 year passed out only , with experience in Data Entry or Admin Assistance / Customer Support related.

Responsibilities

  • Participates on one medium project to closure within agreed timelines and quality standards.
  • Audits, validates and manages submittals of PD requests.
  • Set up SKU / Option / Module / Chassis / Order code in Dell internal system – Domino / PAC.
  • Product data maintenance including sustaining requests from stakeholders.
  • Own and resolve issues on configuration.
  • Work closely with IT to resolve any messaging or SKU issues.
  • Product Data Testing as needed on a quarterly basis.
  • Regular maintenance and clean-up of SKU / Options / Order code to ensure KPIs are met.
  • Run standard and ad hoc queries.
  • Participates on one project or two local process improvements to closure within agreed timelines and quality standards. Audits, validates and manages submittals of PD requests.
  • Communication, critical thinking, collaboration, resilience, self-awareness, and leadership.

    • Required Skills and Experience

  • Typically requires 0-1 years of related experience, with a Bachelor Degree in any specialization – 2023, 2024, or 2025 year passed out only are encouraged to apply.
  • Basic systems application knowledge.
  • Basic knowledge of product data.
  • Able to onboard as soon as possible.
  • Good initiative and learning spirit.
  • Positive working attitude.
