Responsibilities
Brand Integration : Develop and execute design concepts for campaigns that communicate and enhance clients\' brands.Design Adaptation : Create elegant, detailed, accessible marketing materials tailored to the target audience while meeting tight deadlines.Partnership and Cross-Functional Collaboration : Collaborate with directors, principals, and senior managers; work with cross-functional teams to define design objectives.Client Management : Manage client feedback and revisions to meet expectations and project requirements.People Management : Lead and mentor designers; foster a positive, collaborative environment.Deliverables : Provide design solutions for sales and digital marketing materials, including ABM and demand-generation campaigns.Lead digital marketing collaterals such as white papers, case studies, eBooks, infographics, sales enablement documents, and social posts to support campaigns.PowerPoint creation and beautification.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related field.Minimum of 5-6 years of graphic design experience with a portfolio spanning print and digital projects.Experience in managing and guiding a team of junior designers.Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word) or equivalent tools.Ability to present design concepts through various mediums.Ability to integrate technical and visual solutions into design concepts.Strong sense of design, including layout, typography, and color harmony.Understanding of marketing and advertising campaigns.Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented with strong design sensibility.Proficiency in English (speaking, reading, writing).Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at 2X.
