Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and resourceful HR & Business Support Executive to play a dual role in driving people-focused initiatives and providing strategic business support. This position is key in ensuring smooth HR operations, cultivating a positive workplace culture, and supporting management in achieving organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities :
Drive end-to-end HR operations including records management, documentation, onboarding, and offboarding.
Design and implement HR policies, training, and programs that encourage sustainability, inclusivity, and employee engagement.Support the performance management process by ensuring appraisals align with organizational values and objectives.Foster a workplace culture that is positive, collaborative, and eco-conscious.Ensure compliance with labor laws and sustainability-related employment practices.Manage employee benefits and wellness programs, including health, engagement, and environmental initiatives.Business Support
Provide business and operational support to the CEO and management team, including scheduling, correspondence, and project execution.Lead and coordinate project initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and monitoring.Oversee procurement of supplies and equipment while ensuring cost efficiency and compliance.Manage financial support functions, including accounts payable, employee claims, and petty cash.Plan and deliver both internal and external events, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder engagement.Ensure compliance with regulatory and reporting requirements at local, state, and federal levels.Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
