Key Responsibilities
- Organize, monitor, and control company-wide AR management and credit control activities.
- Support the credit control team in meeting AR target KPIs.
- Manage new account creations and account reassignments for nationwide branches.
- Supervise help desk operations and customer relationship support functions.
- Handle internal and external customer enquiries and complaints.
- Oversee credit control process changes and document control to maintain ISO QMS compliance.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Job Requirement
Candidate should possess a Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Finance / Accountancy / BankingPreferably at least 2 years of related working experience.Preferably Executive specializing in Finance / Banking / Insurance or equivalent.Good communication skills in English, Malay, Chinese, Mandarin language for both spoken and writtenWhy Join Us?
