We are looking for an Accounting Intern to join our team.

Location : Malaysia

Internship Duration : 3 Months

Availability : Immediate

The role

E-Invoicing Data Oversight

• Ensure timely and accurate entry of e-invoicing data into the system (e.g TIN number, BRN number and etc)
• Review the Error Details, access the Document Exchange Log to identify the specific error(s) that caused the validation failure.
• Rectify the Issue. Correct the identified errors in the invoice data (e.g., incorrect tax codes, missing fields, invalid formats).
• Resend the Invoice. Once the necessary corrections have been made, resubmit the invoice through the system for validation and transmission
• Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve discrepancies.

What we need to see from you

Basic skills we are looking for : Good understanding of accounting fundamentals (e.g., journal entries, reconciliations, financial reporting basics)

Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools

Attention to detail and accuracy

Strong communication and organizational skills

Willingness to learn and adapt quickly
