Data Analytics Lead (KL Office)

What You’ll Do :

Translate business questions into actionable analysis.

Spot trends early and build predictive models (churn, LTV, demand).

Detect potential fraud with risk & payments teams.

Present insights clearly and challenge assumptions with data.

Collaborate across teams to measure initiative impact and align on KPIs.

What We’re Looking For :

4–6 years in data analytics or related field.

Degree in Data Science, Statistics, or Computer Science.

Strong SQL + Python or R.

Experience with BI tools (Looker, GA).

Track record linking data to business outcomes (growth, risk, efficiency).

Strong communicator; leadership or mentoring experience a plus.

Proactive, with background in fraud / risk analytics & growth analytics preferred.

Experience in e-commerce, fintech, gaming, or digital businesses a bonus.
