Overview
- Oversee all Human Resources functions to support hotel operations
- Understand and ensure the implementation of HR policies & procedures
- Follow the current labor market situation in order to be competitive in terms of compensation & benefits
- Execute and lead employee relation activities, as well as training / skills development
- Handle recruitment processes efficiently
- Lead the performance management processes
- Prepare monthly reports and various administrative duties
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.At least 5 years of relevant experience, with a minimum of 2 years in managerial level, preferably in hospitality.Strong knowledge in labor law, the principles and practices of all HR functions.Good written and spoken English communication skills.Professional disposition with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Seniority level
