Responsible to provide first line support to users on all application related requests / enquiries.
Responsible to assist in the smooth running of BAU for IT functions.
Understand and familiar with database structure and data contents of various applications.
Able to access database and perform necessary actions (query, extraction, investigation) to support the BAU operations of section.
Work with business / stakeholder as required
