Senior Staff Technician Technology Support GaN

Act as a technology technician and serve as a link between the development engineering group and wafer fab operations to jointly develop new GaN technology at Kulim wafer fab.

In this role, you will :

• Act as a technology technician, facilitating collaboration between development engineering and wafer fab operations for GaN technology development.
• Perform experiments including wafer handling, wafer split preparation, wafer processing, and managing lot movement and logistics.
• Support the technology development group with analysis for PFA / FA submissions, microscope inspections, inline measurements, and further development activities.
