Role Purpose
- The role assists the Enterprise Services Manager / Lead to manage corporate systems and meet the SLA for system operations.
- Work in partnership with customers (CrimsonLogic Divisions and Offices), assisting them in evaluating, design, development, and implementation of application systems that meet business objectives.
- Provide technical, maintenance and end-user support for existing applications / systems handled or owned by MIS while managing scalability and reliability of homegrown systems.
Key Accountabilities
Develop and maintain corporate systems using .NET Core, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform.Design and implement custom in-house solutions for corporate use.Conduct system testing including SIT, load testing, and performance tuning.Analyze customer requirements and provide technical / functional consultancy.Evaluate third-party solutions and build proof-of-concept prototypes.Manage all stages of the SDLC including design, development, deployment, and support.Provide system documentation and conduct user training sessions.Administer and develop applications using SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Utilize Azure Cloud Platform for cloud-based development and deployment.Implement test automation and CI / CD pipelines to ensure code quality.Apply secure coding practices and use tools to test code security.Perform risk assessments and recommend mitigation strategies.Adopt QMS best practices for quality assurance in project delivery.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align technical solutions with business goals.Conduct system reviews and drive continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain a customer-focused approach and foster strong team collaboration.Job Responsibilities & Duties
Develop and maintain corporate systems primarily using .NET (Core), SharePoint Online, and Power Platform technologies.Study customer requirements and provide technical / functional consultancy for building requirements.Recommend approaches for solutions according to user needs (build / buy / partner).Evaluate and recommend solutions for user needs, including functional and technical fit analysis, and build proof of concept solutions.Analyze, design, develop, test, document, and maintain in-house custom solutions for corporate use.Develop test cases, conduct SIT, load tests, and tune system performance to meet service standards.Perform and manage stages of the SDLC / system implementation and participate in systems reviews.Deploy systems to production and provide post-implementation support.Provide system documentation as required at each stage of system implementation.Conduct briefing and training sessions for users.Adopt QMS best practices to ensure quality delivery of projects.Carry out risk assessments and recommend risk mitigation measures to reduce / eradicate risk exposures.Perform any other duties as assigned.Result OrientedCustomer FocusInterpersonal SavvyStrategic PerspectiveEducation Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related discipline.Working Experience Requirements
Possess good experience in application development and support.Experience in the implementation of corporate systems in HR, Finance, CRM, intranet domains, and workflow applications is preferred.Experience in research and evaluation of third-party solutions, products, and tools.Certifications in Microsoft .NET, SharePoint, Power Platform, SQL services, etc., are preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in systems analysis, design, and programming with knowledge of one or more of the following technologies / services :Proficient in the .NET framework, C#, ASP.NET Core using Visual Studio, and SharePoint Designer.SharePoint Online (Office 365) Application, Workflow Development, and Administration.Experience with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.Development experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx).Strong understanding of cloud computing concepts and hands-on experience with the Azure Cloud Platform.Experience in development involving SQL Server, MS SQL queries, Database Reporting Services, and SQL procedures.Hands-on source code management using tools like VSTS or TFS.Quality-first mindset with a focus on test automation and CI / CD.Knowledge in secure code development practices and the use of tools for testing code security as part of development will be an added advantage.Skills Required
