Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day business operations across Southeast Asia, including customer order management, system operations, order tracking, and preparation of data reports.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for customers, respond promptly to requests, and drive the resolution of operational issues in a timely manner.
  • Work closely with warehouse and distribution teams to identify, communicate, and resolve operational challenges, ensuring efficient collaboration between departments.
  • Monitor and optimize processes to ensure smooth operations under established policies, with a strong focus on delivering an excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in logistics, supply chain, or customer operations.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and familiarity with logistics systems such as OMS, WMS, or TMS.
  • Strong communication and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin is preferred, as the role involves communication with HQ and regional teams.
