Penerangan pekerjaanDrive sales efforts within the designated territory to fulfill business objectives and achieve targeted revenue. Develop and implement sales strategies while managing relationships with key accounts. Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and training for diverse stakeholders. Support sales across pharmacy chains and hospitals with a primary focus on wound care medical devices. Provide leadership, guidance, and motivation to the nationwide sales team. Maintain full compliance with pharmaceutical and medical device regulatory requirements (including MDA, NPRA, FDA, CE) and adhere to company policies.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences (preferred) or an equivalent qualification.
- Proven sales expertise within the pharmaceutical sector, with 6–7 years of relevant experience in medical or medical device sales channels.
- Strong network and established relationships with private and public hospitals, as well as medical professionals, including demonstrated success in driving medical device adoption in hospitals.
- Experience in wound care products is a strong advantage.
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving abilities and excellent communication skills.
