Role Overview

As a Product Specialist (Perak Region), you will be the face of Osteobionics in your territory. You will build strong relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, hospital procurement teams, and operating theatre staff, ensuring they are fully supported with product knowledge, surgical case assistance, and after-sales service.

This is a field-based role suited for individuals who are confident, technically inclined, and enjoy working in the medical or hospital environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct hospital and clinic visits across the Perak region to promote orthopaedic implants and instruments.
• Provide technical and clinical support during surgeries, including fracture fixation and implant procedures.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with orthopaedic surgeons, nurses, and biomedical staff.
• Deliver engaging product presentations, workshops, and training sessions.
• Manage territory sales performance, track usage, and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with internal teams on inventory, logistics, and after-sales service.
