Minimum 5 years of management experience in the luxury retail industry.

Job Responsibilities
Driving Performance
This role reports to the Senior Boutique Manager.
Analyze business objectives and develop strategies for the boutique.
Set targets for subordinates aligned with boutique goals.
Regularly monitor sales results and KPIs (hit rate, average sales, units per sale, capture rate) to meet targets.
Optimize stock levels and sell-through by understanding trends and coordinating with buyers.
Conduct regular business updates to the Head Office.
Develop strong product knowledge, monitor stock levels and sell-through, and provide feedback to the merchandising team.
Implement and monitor work schedules to balance resources and store traffic.
Client Development
Represent the brand within the boutique and the community.
Be a role model within the boutique.
Increase customer flow outside the boutique by developing a client network and strengthening loyalty.
Maximize recruitment opportunities with prospects.
Monitor the execution of client development programs (in-store events, appointments, etc.).
Maintain the client database and utilize it to enhance customer loyalty.
Participate in organizing events to drive sales across all categories.
Team Management
Lead with prestige, vision, and optimism.
Develop sales and management skills within your team, delegate responsibilities, evaluate performance, and provide feedback.
Monitor and improve team engagement, synergy, and performance.
Develop the Dior Universe
Maintain a clear and positive vision for the business and drive responsibilities to achieve growth.
Develop cross-selling strategies and increase customer foot traffic.
Handle emergencies and implement corrective actions when necessary.
Maintain the store's visual and service standards.
Ensure the store's upkeep following visual merchandising guidelines.
Oversee store operations and maintenance with contractors.
Control Back-Office Organization
Ensure proper application of internal procedures and guidelines.
