Payroll Team Lead (Shared Services Center)
We are seeking a dynamic person to lead and oversee the delivery of the Payroll Services of the clients' business group.
In this role, you will ensure the consistent execution of Payroll processes in compliance with internal policies and relevant country-specific employment laws.
You will manage a team committed to providing timely, high-quality support to stakeholders, while continuously identifying opportunities to enhance service efficiency and operational performance.
This is a key leadership position for someone passionate about driving service excellence and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Ensure timely, accurate delivery of HR Payroll services that meet SLAs, comply with relevant country-specific employment laws, and adhere to internal policies.
- Running of payroll via SAP system.
- Reconciliation work from PDA, Time & Attendance, Compensation & Benefits teams to ensure that all the payroll reports incorporate the changes for the right monthly salary and remuneration.
- Lead and support continuous improvement (CI) to optimize processes, and enhance productivity.
- Drive operational excellence by identifying opportunities to optimize resources, automate workflows, and streamline HR Payroll processes.
- Mentor and guide team members to build a high-performing, empowered HR support team.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships through regular service reviews and issue resolution.
Requirements :
A diploma / degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or in any relevant disciplines.At least 4 years of working exposure or experience in payroll within SSC / BPO / MNC supporting multiple / different countries (preferred).Experienced in leading a team.Candidate with experience in SAP / Workday would be an added advantage.Willing to be based at Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur (accessible by LRT).#J-18808-Ljbffr
