SERVICE TECHNICIAN

Perform routine and scheduled maintenance on engines, including oil and filter changes, lubrication, coolant checks, and system adjustments.

Conduct inspections to identify wear, leaks, or other signs of mechanical problems.

Diagnose and repair mechanical issues such as faulty cylinder head, piston, liner, pumps, valves, gaskets, and seals.

Test and tune engines for performance, efficiency, and emissions compliance.

Maintain detailed service records, maintenance logs, and work reports.

Follow preventive maintenance schedules and assist in developing maintenance plans.

Replace and calibrate engine components as required.

Maintain clean and safe work areas in compliance with company and safety standards.

Support other maintenance personnel during overhauls, rebuilds, and system upgrades.

Respond promptly to breakdowns and perform corrective maintenance as needed.
