Lead Supply Chain Planning Analyst (1-year Contract - Hybrid)

Who You Are

  • Able to plan to optimize manufacturing resources to meet customer requirement.
  • Attend to any escalation and provide priority based on customer urgency.
  • Be a role model in driving good build plan management and engagement with support teams.
  • Practice aged inventory management by having consistent review and provide disposition from time to time.

Position Summary

  • Generate build plan for production and monitor output performance.
  • Meet customer order fulfillment goals and delivery commitment.
  • Support on others functional role as backup in the same team.
  • Ensure overall WIP are in healthy level and meeting cycle time.
  • Support BU Manager and implement improvement projects and ideas.
  • Working across functional team for all planning related matters.

    • What You Will Bring (Required Qualifications)

  • Must have experience in supply chain planning / production planning and related fields.
  • Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and SAP.
  • Sensitive in numbers.
  • Strong analytical mind and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's in Quantitative Science, Supply Chain, Economics, or Mathematics with 3-7 years of experience.

    • Preferred Qualifications

  • Mandarin proficiency will be prioritized as this role requires frequent communication with stakeholders in China.
