The ideal candidate is a self‑motivated, multi‑tasker, and demonstrated team‑player. You will be a lead developer responsible for the development of new software products and enhancements to existing products. You should excel in working with large‑scale applications and frameworks and have outstanding communication and leadership skills.

Role Purpose(s)

Responsible for the design, development, testing, and maintenance of enterprise applications under the TradeWeb and ECO product suite.

Delivery of robust, scalable, and secure software solutions aligned with business requirements and technical standards.

Collaborate with team members, business analysts, and product owners to implement new features, resolve issues, and continuously improve system performance and maintainability.

Key Accountabilities

• Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis and design through development, testing, and deployment.
• Ensure high‑quality, maintainable, and efficient code aligned with established coding standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver business enhancements and technical improvements for TradeWeb and ECO systems.
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve application issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.
• Support continuous integration, deployment, and monitoring activities to maintain application stability.
• Contribute to process and technical improvements, including modernization efforts and adoption of newer frameworks or technologies.
• Demonstrate strong ownership of assigned modules and accountability for timely, quality deliverables.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, and sprint reviews to ensure transparency and collaboration.
