Responsibilities

• Provide remote or on-site support for technical issues and requirements encountered in medical imaging products; identify key issues and escalate them as required; explore customer needs and escalate feedback.
• Provide empowerment according to the empowerment needs and requirements of the region, and promote engineers to obtain relevant service qualifications.
• Support the delivery of major regional projects and the implementation of quality plans.
• Compile, update, and translate required training materials.
• Monitor regional service delivery data, output relevant report analyses, and collaborate with the region to achieve goals.
