Position Overview : We are on the lookout for an energetic and results-oriented Sales Closer to become a valuable member of our sales team. In this role, you'll have the opportunity to transform pre-qualified leads into happy students through engaging and personalized consultations. Plus, your hard work will be recognized with a performance-based bonus compensation structure.
Location : This position is a fully remote, contract-based role, and we invite candidates from the Malaysia to submit their applications.
Responsibilities
- Connect with potential clients through phone and online communications to understand their educational needs and recommend the best course options
- Apply consultative selling techniques to comprehend client goals and customize solutions that fit our offerings
- Keep a well-organized pipeline of leads and efficiently track your sales progress using our CRM system
- Surpass monthly sales targets while positively impacting the overall success of the sales team
