Business Development Executive is responsible for reaching out to potential / existing customers to identifying and researching opportunities
Communicating with customers to understand their needs and offer solutions to their problems
Develop, formulate and execute sales, targeting strategies and product plans
Creating positive, long-lasting relationships with current and potential customers
Developing rapport with key decision makers and ensuring excellent customer service through regular follow-up
Take charge of documentation and allocation of incoming, outgoing order, goods and materials.
Complete sales recycle by follow through the collection and related financial matters
Update customer communication records on all the calls, sales, note and useful information and submitting to management
Comply with company policies and ISO requirements
