Overview

Cloud Kinetics is seeking a Quality Assurance Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks and participate in API testing to ensure software quality.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and implement test automation frameworks from scratch using Cypress, with integration into CI / CD pipelines (GitLab experience a bonus).
Perform API testing using tools such as Postman or equivalent, and automate API tests using Newman or similar solutions where applicable.
Develop and document detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts to ensure comprehensive coverage.
Execute test cases manually and plan for test automation where applicable; develop and maintain automated regression tests as needed.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of experience in software testing.

Proven experience in developing end-to-end test automation frameworks using Cypress; exposure to other test automation tools is a plus.

Strong knowledge of version control systems (Git).

Strong knowledge of API testing using Postman or equivalent tools.
