Penerangan pekerjaanInvestigate, respond, monitor, and track all cybersecurity incident tickets submitted via ICT service desk to ensure timely resolution. Evaluate, test and deploy new security tools to laptops if necessary. Monitor and analyse reports and dashboards for security threats and escalate to the appropriate team as needed. Protect the information assets of the organisation at all times. Conduct IT security risk assessments and generate relevant reports for key stakeholders on potential threats and proposed mitigation steps. Monitor and assess security vulnerabilities and hacking threats in network and host systems. Conduct research on latest IT security innovations to stay abreast of cybersecurity technologies. Operate cybersecurity tools to identify, protect and remediate security issues. Review, revise and implement effective standard operating procedures, handbooks, playbooks and reporting of security incidents. Monitor and track the investigation of reported security breaches. Ensure continuous compliance with the latest regulations and compliance requirements. Minimum 7 - 10 years of relevant work experience with knowledge of the latest cybersecurity threats. Exposure to DLP, CASB, InTune, PAM, ATP, and other cybersecurity products. Exposure to Security Operation Centre (SOC) environment. Experience of handling incidents and service requests in a large organisation. Working experience with ICS / SCADA will be added advantage. Bachelor\'s Degree in IT or computer science. Professional Certification in Cybersecurity such as GSEC, CEH, Security+, CSX or security product certifications. Associate Full-time Other Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain and Storage
