Job Summary :

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated full-time teacher to join our academic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching English, Mathematics, Science, and Digital Literacy to students, fostering both academic excellence and a love for learning. In addition to classroom teaching, the teacher will actively engage in research activities with students , encouraging curiosity, critical thinking, and hands‑on exploration.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and deliver engaging lessons across English, Mathematics, Science and Digital Literacy.

Create, adapt, and update teaching materials and lesson plans that meet curriculum standards.

Assign homework and provide timely feedback to support student progress.

Assess and monitor student performance, maintaining accurate records of academic development.

Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports student growth.

Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events, meetings, and professional development.

Lead and support research-based projects or investigations with students, integrating inquiry-based learning into the classroom.

Encourage creativity, innovation, and problem-solving through collaborative student research.

Maintain open communication with parents regarding student progress and well-being.

Qualifications and Requirements :

Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant subject area. (Teaching license or certification preferred)

Proven experience teaching one or more of the listed subjects at the primary or secondary level.

Strong knowledge and comfort with digital tools and platforms for learning.

Passionate about research and inquiry-based learning, especially in collaboration with students.

Excellent communication, classroom management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed to continuous professional growth.

Experience designing interdisciplinary lessons that connect multiple subjects.

Familiarity with student-led projects, science fairs, or digital portfolios.

Interest in developing innovative teaching practices.
