Position titleDigital Marketing SpecialistDescriptionAs a Digital Marketing Specialist, in Marketing your role will be leads and executes digital acquisition and performance marketing campaigns across Malaysia and Singapore, focusing on user growth, localized content, and continuous optimization across paid channels and social platforms.Responsibilities

• Own and execute digital acquisition campaigns across Malaysia and Singapore markets, with a focus on user acquisition.
• Manage day-to-day operations of performance marketing channels including search, social, and app store advertising.
• Monitor campaign performance, optimize budgets, and make recommendations for improvement.
• Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure alignment between digital initiatives and overall brand strategy.
• Develop testing frameworks to continuously improve conversion rates and reduce acquisition costs.
• Collaborate with the global Social Media Team to ensure the global content calendar is locally relevant for Malaysia and Singapore; manage the scheduling and publishing of posts, and respond promptly to Facebook comments and messages to foster community engagement..
• Take ownership of localized content development, maintaining a separate content calendar for region-specific posts, campaigns, and initiatives tailored to local audiences and cultural moments..
• Provide regular reporting on key performance metrics and actionable insights.
• Develop and manage geo-targeted campaigns to drive traffic to retail locations, using localized messaging and offers.
• Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and new platform features.
• Test emerging digital channels and ad formats to discover new acquisition opportunities (we have a great test and learn philosophy!).Qualifications
• 2-4 years' experience in digital marketing with hands-on campaign management experience.
• Demonstrated experience with paid social, paid search, and / or app campaigns.
• Understanding of marketing analytics and attribution models.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms (Google Ads, Meta Ads, Apple Search Ads).
• Familiarity with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Amplitude or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Comfortable with exploring new platforms and adapting quickly to changing digital landscapes.
• Strong understanding of mobile app marketing.Job Benefits
