Sunton Railway Trading Sdn Bhd is is seeking to hire a HR & Admin Executive to join our team in. In this full-time role, you will handle daily HR and administrative operations of the company, playing a pivotal part in supporting our continued growth.
What you'll be doing
HR
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, payroll, performance management, and employee relations
Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations (EPF, Sosco, EIS & PCB)
Administer payroll and benefits, working closely with the finance & accounts team
Organised and coordinate company events, meetings, and travel arrangements
Serve as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and provide HR support as needed
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Administrative
Assets Up keeping
Monitor of various company assets (Project / Vehicles / Office) & Licenses
Maintain & Upkeep Tenancy Agreements
Other Matters
Monitor Cleanliness of Office Vicinity
Assist & Prepare Tender Documentations
Received & Reply Emails to relevant departments / personnel
Oversee Document Filings (Physical & Online)
What we're looking for
Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar HR & administrative role
Strong understanding of Malaysian labour laws and HR best practices
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
Proficient in MS Office Suite, with the ability to work on multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
Proactive, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional customer service
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
