Key Responsibilities : Create and carry out marketing plans that support the company’s goals, build the brand, attract new customers, and keep existing ones. Run digital marketing campaigns (SEO, Google Ads, social media, email, paid ads) and improve results through testing and optimization. Build a strong brand image with creative content, campaigns, and consistent messaging across all channels. Organize events, partnerships, and community activities such as tournaments, sponsorships, and collaborations with sports clubs. Study the market and track campaign results to get insights, measure return on investment, and improve future plans. Manage the marketing budget and work with external vendors or agencies to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness. Guide and support the marketing team, encouraging creativity, data-driven work, and strong performance.
