  • Provide exceptional customer service and address any concerns promptly.
  • Sales Reporting and Forecasting :
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities.

  • Collaborate with the sales manager to create sales forecasts.
  • Market Research and Feedback :
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors.

  • Gather feedback from clients to improve products or services.
