As the Spa Director at our prestigious 5-star luxury hotel, you will be the visionary leader of our serene sanctuary, orchestrating the daily operations to deliver unparalleled guest experiences.

Your role will encompass leading, training, and inspiring a dedicated team of spa professionals to consistently exceed service expectations while preserving the tranquil ambiance and sophisticated atmosphere of our spa. In addition to your leadership duties, you will adeptly manage administrative responsibilities, including scheduling, inventory control, and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Leads, trains, and mentors the spa team to deliver exceptional services, ensuring high guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Manages team member scheduling, performance evaluations, and ongoing development to maintain a motivated and skilled team.
• Ensures that all guest interactions reflect the highest standards of hospitality and wellness, addressing any guest concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Collaborates with the team to create and enhance spa treatments and services, tailoring offerings to meet guest preferences.
• Works with the Sales and Marketing departments to promote spa services, packages, and special offers, driving guest engagement and spa revenue.
