We are looking for a proactive Performance Marketing Manager (Affiliates) to grow our referral program by onboarding and managing partners who drive player traffic to our gaming platform in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Recruit new affiliates through cold outreach and hot lead follow-ups.
- Support active partners throughout their collaboration (training, troubleshooting, performance optimization).
- Build long-term relationships with affiliates to maximize their contribution.
Requirements :
Sales / negotiation skills – Ability to pitch and close partnerships.
Languages : English (professional proficiency).
Empathy & patience – Partners may need hand-holding.
Ideal Candidate :
iGaming
(preferred but not mandatory).
