Responsibilities

  • Responsible for daily merchandising and promotional display maintenance in Watsons
  • Recruit, manage, and supervise promoters to ensure sales and service standards.
  • Execute promotional activities and campaigns assigned by HQ.
  • Follow up on store orders to ensure smooth sales flow.
  • Develop and expand market opportunities in the Johor and Melaka regions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in key account management or FMCG / beauty industry.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and managing budgets.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities.
  • Proactive, result‑oriented, and able to work independently.
  • Willing to travel within Johor and Melaka.
