Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum 3-4 years of experience in an accounts and IFCA system, preferably within the real estate or property industry Strong numerical and analytical skills, with the ability to work with financial data accurately and efficiently Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders Relevant accounting qualifications or certifications, such as ACCA or CIMA, would be an advantage

About the role
Join BRDB Developments Sdn Bhd as an Accounts Executive-Accounts Receivable (AR) role in our Kuala Lumpur office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial records and supporting the broader accounting function.
What you'll be doing
- Assist in E-Invoicing & SST billings
- Issuing of official receipts for tenants
- Assist internal legal department & credit control on the LOD calculations as required by Legal / CEO
- Assist Leasing team on new & renewal tenancy contract in IFCA system
- Prepare refund payments and JV for tenants for AR operations
- Provide support to the finance team as needed, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues
